Engraving and gifting

Engraving can make a bottle personal, but it changes the purchase risk. The official delivery page checked on 30 August 2026 used Royal Mail and displayed multiple UK delivery and collection services with their own prices, cut-offs, postcode exclusions and timing. These are volatile checkout facts: verify the live basket rather than relying on a cached threshold. Personalised and gift-wrapped orders can have different cut-offs.

The terms stated that eligible online orders could be returned within 90 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition with original packaging. Personalised products are excluded from ordinary cancellation. Click & Collect returns can use specified postal or store routes; unwanted postal returns may leave the customer responsible for postage. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods follow separate legal and retailer processes.

Build an exact-bottle comparison
