Space NK’s current NDULGE page states one point per £1 and a £5 reward for every 100 points at the base tier. Its terms say the £5 reward lasts three months. The Deluxe tier, reached after qualifying annual spend, doubles the headline reward rate, but it makes sense only for someone already buying that much—not as a target.

Cult Status uses points and tiers, with earning and benefit rules set by its current terms. Points can depend on eligible spend, account use and returns, and some benefits require a threshold or particular tier. For both schemes, a reward is future restricted value, not an immediate reduction in today’s payment.

Delivery and collection

On 27 August 2026, Cult Beauty listed standard UK delivery at £3.95 or free over £30, normally 2–3 days. It also listed next-day, selected-postcode same-day and collection-point services with separate costs, cut-offs and thresholds. Space NK listed Royal Mail standard delivery at £4 or free over £25, normally 2–4 working days, plus priority, next-day, annual Limitless delivery and free store collection.

Space NK’s store network makes collection and some return routes more useful for shoppers nearby. Cult Beauty’s online model may suit a consolidated home-delivery basket. Neither stated estimate guarantees a gift deadline. If timing is important, use our retailer identity checks and preserve dispatch evidence.

Returns: the refund form matters more than the window

Cult Beauty’s current unwanted-return policy requires receipt within 30 days, with products pristine, unopened, in original packaging and with hygiene seals untouched. The UK portal charge is currently £2.99. Space NK’s current process gives unopened products a 28-day route and describes paperless prepaid Royal Mail returns as free.

The important distinction is Space NK’s current satisfaction route for opened or used products: within 28 days and with proof of purchase, the outcome is an e-gift card rather than money returned to the original payment method. That can help with an unsuitable formula, but it keeps value within Space NK. Exclusions and evidence still apply. Cult Beauty’s ordinary unwanted route is less forgiving once a seal is broken.

Keep every seal intact until the brand, shade and item are confirmed. Photograph leakage or transit damage before cleaning it up and contact the retailer through the correct route.
