Cult Beauty frequently uses codes, gifts and brand exclusions. Its promotion page should be checked item by item because named brands, new releases, sale products or specific SKUs may not qualify. Space NK also runs gifts, exclusives and event-led offers. A gift is worth only what you would otherwise pay for the useful contents, not a marketing RRP.

Test the complete basket at checkout and save the offer terms. If a free gift must be returned with a refunded order, opening or losing it can change the practical outcome. Loyalty: similar headline maths, different behaviour

Space NK’s current NDULGE page states one point per £1 and a £5 reward for every 100 points at the base tier. Its terms say the £5 reward lasts three months. The Deluxe tier, reached after qualifying annual spend, doubles the headline reward rate, but it makes sense only for someone already buying that much—not as a target.

Cult Status’s UK terms rechecked on 6 October allowed conversion of 100 points into £5 account credit. They distinguished points expiring after 365 days from converted credit expiring after 30 days, so converting too early can leave a much shorter useful window. Eligible spending, account use and returns also affect rewards; future restricted credit should not be deducted as if it were cash already saved on this basket.

Delivery and collection

The standard charges and thresholds in the table were rechecked on 6 October 2026, not treated as permanent August terms. Cult Beauty listed separate faster and collection-point options; Space NK also offered store collection and a paid next-day subscription. The applicable postcode, dispatch warning and checkout service still decide what can be used for the order.

Space NK’s store network makes collection and some return routes more useful for shoppers nearby. Cult Beauty’s online model may suit a consolidated home-delivery basket. Returns: the refund form matters more than the window

Cult Beauty’s current unwanted-return policy requires receipt within 30 days, with products pristine, unopened, in original packaging and with hygiene seals untouched. The UK portal charge is currently £2.99. Space NK’s current process gives unopened products a 28-day route and describes paperless prepaid Royal Mail returns as free.

Space NK’s policy reviewed on 6 October separated online e-gift credit from an eligible in-store exchange or gift card for opened or used items returned within 28 days of purchase with proof. None is an automatic cash refund for an unsuitable formula. Choose the route with payment-method and gift exclusions in mind; Cult Beauty’s ordinary unwanted-item policy instead requires intact seals and saleable condition.

Keep every seal intact until the brand, shade and item are confirmed. Photograph leakage or transit damage before cleaning it up and contact the retailer through the correct route.
