Are Lookfantastic promotions genuinely good?

The programme also advertises profile, review, birthday and tier benefits. Treat these as conditional. A birthday voucher needs the profile completed before the month begins; product-review points concern purchased products; personalised offers may require marketing contact. Do not buy an unwanted item to protect a tier.

The clean calculation is cash paid today minus credit redeemed today. Record newly earned points separately because they may be reversed after a return, expire or never reach the 500-point threshold. Delivery: when Premier is worthwhile

The delivery page checked lists tracked delivery at £3.95 or free above £25, normally allowing two to three days. Next-day delivery and next-day Click & Collect are listed at £5.95, subject to cut-offs and service availability. Same-day delivery costs £9.95 in selected Midlands postcodes and has its own order deadline.

Premier Delivery costs £9.90 for a recurring 12-month plan covering unlimited listed delivery options except same-day service. Activation can take up to 24 hours, although the first eligible order is described as going by next-day service. Read “recurring” carefully and inspect the renewal control in the account.

Premier can repay its fee after several sub-£25 baskets, but that is not an invitation to fragment orders. Consolidating replenishment reduces parcels and the risk of missing a return window. Build a realistic annual order count, then compare Premier with the free tracked threshold. Availability can narrow during busy periods and no express label guarantees stock dispatch.

Returns: preserve seals before making a decision

Lookfantastic’s current goodwill policy gives 30 days from receipt to start a return, provided unwanted products remain pristine, unopened and unused with seals intact. The route uses an online portal operated with a returns partner. There are no direct exchanges: place a new order and return the original for refund if both transactions make sense.

Beauty is unusually sensitive to hygiene and tamper evidence. Do not remove cellophane, break a foil, pump a dispenser or swatch a cosmetic if you may simply change your mind.
